I am over 40 and working on undoing a lifetime of diet culture and internal fat phobia. I'm the largest I have ever been and my goal is to appreciate my body for what it is. I have birthed and nurtured 4 healthy children and the only time I haven't restricted myself in one way or another was when I was pregnant. so I am trying really hard to change my habits. Thank-you for being so positive and factual. Mel

Hey Lucy! could you do a video for weightgain while training? I spent last year trying to gain weight from being underweight and i am now in the normal spectrum but cause i didn't do any sports i am scared of loosing my weight instantly when working out. I can't keep not working out as my body feels weaker when I don't. any tips?

I'm in a calorie deficit of about 1400 kcal for the last 3 months and progress seems slow (I've lost just 3 kilos) should I decrease it further out be patient with it for some more time (my recommended calorie intake to maintain weight was 1700 and my goal is to lose weight)

Watching and taking notes! Quick question: I have PCOS and I've heard that people with PCOS need 400 kcals less than the average person while doing the same activities. Could you confirm that or direct me to resources that could explain that better?

I have maybe a bad question but: I am overweight but am not gaining weight and I didn't work out at all. So technically because I've now started doing HIIT I should loose weight without reducing my food because I am now doing a lot more exercise?

Does this still apply to those with PCOS or those with a carbohydrate-rich diet? I'm not sure if this is actually why, but I feel like it's really difficult for me to lose weight due to those two aforementioned reasons.
