awesome awesome awesome! I tried a workout from a challenge and busted my quad lol so I need to re-assess my routine. Would love a calisthenics specific flexibility/stretch video too. I never stretch or warm up (i know its bad) so i want to start doing that especially if it specifically helps getting better at calisthenics stuff like pistol squats or handstands. Can't wait for your next videos!

I started doing this workout today and to be honest I really felt every round. I am pretty exhausted now and I realized that my glutes are shaky after the workout, like whenever I get up from the chair I feel them shiver. Still I do not know if that is good or bad but I really am exhausted and hope to continue through everyday.

I'm trying to be and eat healthier and exercise more, I've made a whole playlist full of workout video's to help me with that. I've been doing this one every few days and I feel that I'm improving. Thank you Lucy for your amazing workouts and for being a role model to me. You are where I want to be in a couple of years

Just came across this kickstart after some dip in my motivation to do some workouts at home (lockdown etc) and its a good starting point. I also saw your vids about psoriasis and that also sparks my motivation to get back into a better lifestyle / diet. Still have to find something which stops the flaring. Thanks -

I've been really sick for two months and this is my first work out since I'm better. My legs are wobbly now. I'm suprised it did that as I use pretty heavy weight normally in the gym. But them being closed for three months I shouldn't be suprised I guess

Lucy! I love your intermediate full body calisthenics routine (no equipment) and have done it many many times over 2020. I would love it if you did another video for a similar level but with different exercises for more variety: )
