The low back is a problem area for a lot of people who sit too long in their office chair without moving. I'm guilty of this too. So today I've put together for you my best exercises to relieve low back pain either from being sedentary or from working out without proper stretching

I do have low back pain and upper back pain sometimes. Cobra hurts my back so I don't do it, but cat dog is the best. Although I do it longer and really focus on pushing my back up or down, so that I really feel it. That was suggested when I did reha sport. For low back pain at work, where there is no really place to sit down and do all these, I bend with my legs straight together and really slowly (like by the rollup) go up and roll the shoulders. Repeat a few times and it works for a bit. And my personal favourite is the baby position after catdog. Like you sit on your heels and stretch arms forward and really roll that back in. For upper back pain I have only one - stretch your arms in front of you, head down between the shoulders and push those hands like somebody (can be zombie or king kong) pulls you away and you really try to hold on to somethin. Hold in this position for a moment and roll the shoulders back. Chest twists are also okay but I guess every pain is different and everybody has to adjust stretching to their own body.

hi guys! here for day 1 of week 2! started last week mon feb 28th 2018, and now a week later I gained more weight. However, I assume this is just muscle rather than fat. I double checked my progress pictures from last week and today, and they look relatively same, except the latter seems more slim. I've been following a strict korean diet plan, so I know I shouldn't be expecting immediate results. Weight loss takes time! I hope 5 months from now I am at my ideal goal weight. :! Keep going everyone!

Hi Cassie! I love your videos, my room mate & I have been doing them together every day. I'm wondering - can you do a video for stretching for tendonitis? I would love a gentle stretching routine for wrists, hands, elbows, and shoulders. I'm a violinist and I have a lot of pain there every day due to repetitive stress injuries that I'm working on healing. Best! Mikela

Do you have any stretches for the upper back that are really geared towards the traps, rhomboids and lats? I do aerial arts, meanings lots of climbing and pullups, and this is a place that is always super sore after a workout but one I also have not been able to stretch out well. Thanks. Btw I love the music in this video.

So I have a question, I'm a beginner and on the first week while doing the burpees I injured my back. I sprained my lower back muscle and it's been almost three weeks. It still hurts when I try doing any type of work out. Is there anything else I should be doing?
The lower back stretches in this video were wonderful

please have some for post partum, my daughters has had problems since my grandson was born in 2016, went and got explained and found out that one of her hips are unaligned and sits higher and causes alot of back bad pain for her, can you please make a video for all the moms out there? thanks!

Hey, I just would like to say all of these exercises can be very dangerous when you have actual back problems, like scoliosis for me. Backbend stretches and twisting your back can actually worsen your back problems, so be very careful and avoid these kind of postures as much as possible.

- wrists or knees that won't crack and just stay locked
- neck pain during ab moves even though I lift higher
- lower back pain during ab moves.
A lot of this is because my body is not strong enough everywhere but I like to see the tennis ball one
