Hey I really liked this. Thanks. These excercises always made quick results on my body. The only wird thing is my breathing during hip twists. Every twist makes breathing a bit unfomfortable and I wonder if thats normal? I have no health issues, just a bit overweight.

Hey Cassey can you reccommend a routine on a regular basis to get rid of the muffin top and tighten the lower abs and even work off a bit of thighs i do your work outs every day and eat healthy but that last little bit isnt coming off. Help. Great video by the way

Guys I did 6 days in just two days! :D Since I don't really have time during the week I just do them during the weekend and I almost dieee, but then when I do 1 day in one day it makes it seem like nothing! :D No exuses! I am so happy now: )

I was beating myself up yesterday because I didn't feel it right away and I thought I wasn't trying my hardest. That was yesterday. Today my obliques are SCREAMING, but like in the good way. This ones a silent killer.

Can this give me a smaller waist? I've been doing ab excersizes and eating healthier, making me lose weight. Now my hips got smaller, making my figure straight. I was aiming for a toned hourglass shape.

29. 01. 20, didn't think I could do the advance reverse crunch twists and yet, here I am in the middle of it, realising twisting on the left make one of the wooden slats of my floor creaks.
