I saw you guys were really interested in learning how to do the splits! So here is a video showing you the 9 steps I take when warming up to the splits. Be aware that this may take days, weeks, or months to accomplish depending on how flexible you are already. Be patient, you will get it. But it takes time!

This has been amazing to help me sequencing my first classes Tricks. Yoga I LOVE THIS BOOK. I definitely recommend it to any new yoga teacher, who feels like a bit of advice from more experienced yogis. It's always good to even check up or review a sequence one has already made. Great purchase!

Ok so I'm writing this comment to say THANK YOU SO MUCH! I legit am able to do the splits and the shocking part is that I learned it in 1 week. ofc it's not perfect but yes I am able to do it. I just have to straighten my left leg (I'm almost done.

I'm 3 centimetres away! I just started rn but i started as a very flexible person and I practically forgot how to do splits so here i am. I will try to update sooner or later when I finally get my splits back

Im Gonna Have Taekwondo Soon Again And Thats Why Im Relearning on How to Do a Full Split again or ill get Tortured By My Coach Since Were Gonna Do Some Stretches and My Coach Always Makes My Leg Go Farther

The splits isant something you learn any idiot knows it's just a matter of spreading your legs to point were the bottom of your feet are facing the walls on your sides say or front & back

its been 2-3 weeks and im already seeing some great progress!
update 5 weeks in: ive gone from barely being able to touch my toes to putting my knuckles on the floor. solid improvement

I don't care I can't do it I'm not flexible it hurts and stuff like it I can't do it it's really really really hard but you tried and thanks for helping me but it's not going to work

i really want to become a kpop idol and ive seen all the videos i have to go against a mirror and spread my legs out ALL THE WAY, i'm going to start practicing this.

I'm 23 and I never did any kind of stretching, I'm not flexible enough, but now I want to learn leg split, does it work for me? How many times I need to learn leg split?
