Today we are making fruit leathers! We all loved them as kids so let's bring them back healthy style. This is a delicious on the go snack that is all natural and vegan. Recipe below: 2 cups frozen cherries, thawed 1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons Truvia Parchment paper Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Blend everything until smooth. Pour onto a parchment lined jelly roll pan and spread out very thinly and evenly. Use two pans, if needed, to make extra. Bake for 2 - 3 hours or until completely cooked and no longer soft. Remove to cool. Use scissors to cut long strips and roll, or use a pizza cutter and slice long strips and roll up. Based on 6: Calories: 44 Protein: 1 Net Carbs: 8 Fat: 0 Fiber: 2. 6 $0. 89 per strip!

What can you recommend instead of stevia? I don't like it. It doesn't taste sweet to me, it tastes bitter or something. I prefer regular sugar because I don't really care about the calories. I'm not trying to lose weight, I'm trying my hardest to maintain my minimum weight now, so the only reason why I would use stevia instead of regular sugar is because it's healthier. In a lot of things I use bananas as a sweetner (in my oatmeal and pancakes for example) and that's always enough. Well it was. I tried banana with those souffles and it wasn't sweet enough. And yeah, I could've used regular sugar, but it was already too late and I don't really want to because it isn't the healthiest option. So any suggestions besides stevia (and honey?

I noticed you toned down the peppy in this video. Don't get me wrong, I think if you actually are that peppy and excited all the time, then you go, girl! I just think it's a little easier, and more relaxed and happy-feeling to watch when she's a little more natural, as a friend would talk to another! xD Anyways, love your recipes Cassey, you really help me with my ED Recovery. :) It's been a long ride, but you're such an inspiration, and I feel amazing knowing I'm eating well, eating enough, and eating REAL. :) I LOVE YOU! Thanks!

In my old middle school, we used to have an after school yoga club and it was so much fun! Our drama teacher was a qualified yoga instructor so she knew how to do everything perfectly, and really helped us perfect our form. I also just found out that the university I'm hoping to get into has free yoga and zumba classes! Super excited!

Cassey I would really REALLY suggest not to cut on a silpat! xP The fibers of the silpat can seep into the food the next time you use it. Just a tip: ) Question: if I didn't want to use stevia could I use a bit of honey or agave syrup instead? (obviously the whole nutritional stats won't be the same, but I don't usually use stevia)

About that fitness classes in school. I'm actually in one. Haha. My high school decide why not have two different p. e classes. One is team sport so the typical PE everyone knows about. And the other is fitness where we run and lift weight and do cardio.

Gemma Stafford from bigger bolder baking, the guy from hellthy junk food(forgot his name, but he's funny) and the girl from the domestic geek (forgot her name) as judges, and Yolanda from how to cake it, and Ro from Nerdy Nummies as competitors!

Definitely do the chopped competition! Also group fitness for kids would be awesome, it's true many of the activities done in PE enforce competition which is great cuz I do like to win but it's not for everyone. Love the videos Cassey! Kiki

You should have the judges be the subies! Either comments in the video or you could hold a contest and have some in your area go and meet you and see the food in person! Even thought the second one is extra work it would be so cool love you

In Singapore, Physical education only includes NAPFA and 2 games per year so the girls in general would have nothing much to enjoy since it's quite hard to play games that is really enjoyable: '( so i definitely agree on fitness classes!
