Before you start your workout today, do this fun at home cardio warm up that will get your muscles ready and your fat burning! It's a great way to get started if you don't feel like working out because it's not too intense. But trust me, after you do it, you won't be able to stop and you'll want to KILL your next workout like a BEAST!

Day 4 of the 2020 beginners calendar! Actually day 5, but who is counting? Holy crap. you're way too fast Cassie! I had to slow the video down to 0. 75 playback speed just so I could keep up and actually attempt the moves more than twice without injuring myself. But I got there. Onto video 2! Wish my legs luck now that i've gotten my breath back.

22. 08. 21 doing the beginners calendar. My whole body is burning but the joy I feel after every workout has no comparison. Every day I aim to be better by 1%, not perfect but better. For now my biggest problem is building up the strength im my hands to hold myself up.

Guyyys! The plank walk opener is really impossible for me, because I can't bring my foot forward enough. I know it'll get easier with practice (it's not my first time doing this video, though, but do you have any tips for me? Is my low flexibility the problem? :(

I am doing the beginners month, and this one does not feel very beginner. I also have some limited mobility, so a lot of this I couldnt do. I have liked the beginners program bc it normally tells me how to do do adaptations

Dear Future Grass,
This whole comment section is complaining or joking about how hard this is but personally, this feels like an intermediate sort of thing. Not too easy, not too hard.

I love you C, but I wish you would do a more gentle wrist warm up. I always have to stop these plank based exercises because I have weak wrists and I almost injure them doing these warm ups

Day 8 of the Beginners Calendar and this does not feel like a warm-up but feels like it's own mini-workout. I was not expecting that but it sure got my heart pumping. Now, on to the next video.
