How to Lose Weight in 1 Month - Blogilates Jennifer: Very good video. This is keeping me motivated and inspired. I work 2 jobs and hardly have time to workout and prep my own diet meals. I have been going to the gym when I can and taking supplements from Vanguard Formulas with a controlled diet plan. Although I can only do it when I have time, but its been working great! Ive lost 20 Lbs total in about a month. Loving the result.

I workout 6 days a week, eat 1200 calories (weighed and measured) and still can't lose weight. I am short though, and my metabolism is messed up from restricting heavily when I was younger. I hope I can overcome it. Its frustrating when you finish a month of intense workouts with no cheats and your measurements haven't changed anywhere

Im severely overweight and been struggling to loose weight for a year now, though its a bad point i cant work out for hours every day as too much weight gain has already happened to where it hurts to do it for a long time every single day, so i have been trying to loose weight. to be healthier as i know my weight is really unhealthy

Hi I'm only eleven, and I weigh 73 kilos (160 pounds)I'm so ashamed of my weight and by the way I'm 5'1 so I have to be around 50 kg (110 pounds) all my life I've been the chubby one and I want to make a change. I've decided for myself and only for myself, I will live a healthier lifestyle.

I just want to be a little skinnier buuuuut it doesn't work! I play soccer, have one of the cardio in my school ( I'm in high school) and eat healthy! I'm average weight but my thighs are big(it's not entirely muscle) My family thinks I'm skinny but I'm not!

Im 16, 5'5 i lost 7 kilos before but now i gain 2 kilos again and i want to lose 11 kilos in total before my 17th birthday(in august) but im having a hard time going back on track i hope u can give me some advice ill hope for some reply

does anyone have results? I want to lose weight but when I do some of blogilates workouts, I end up gaining muscle weight. I mean that's great, but I want to see the numbers on the scale shrink.
