Dance is my fave way of getting cardio in. It's fun and it makes me happy! So today I'm teaching you the routine to BODYPOP. Try to do this routine back to back 3x! Film it and show it to me too! You can get the song here Isabella: I have no idea if you're ever going to see this Cassie, but I just wanted to tell you that through the whole video I had so much fun. Every time I jumped or did the sassy walk I just laughed so hard because I was actually enjoying it. For a few minutes, nothing could interrupt my peace. I'm 17 and I'm doing the beginners calendar, this video has been my favorite video so far, and I've been feeling so good, so happy. Thank you very much for giving me a motivation and a pause from all the problems around me. Thank you for giving me peace.

Last month this was one of the first videos I did (while my husband was on the couch scrolling his phone) and it went HORRIBLY. Just did it again after following your calendar for about a month now and it went great! You make it so easy to modify and keep going, and you make it so fun to exercise each day. My body is definitely transforming and I could not be happier!

A few months ago I opened this video and thought no and traded it out with another cardio video. Since then I've become addicted to Just Dance and have played dozens of hours in those games on Switch. Now I've returned here and could actually keep up. Thank you for this one. I agree with the others, we need more like this, especially since you love to dance! Thanks

Day 17 of the beginner's calendar and 2/3 videos finished. I'm not a fan of dance cardio because I cannot dance to save my life. But, I did have fun with this video. Would I do it again, sure but there are other workout videos from Cassey that I love much more.

I still love this one. I've done it enough now that I started changing the moves and being ridiculous (mostly because I don't have space, but also because you gotta throw some disco fingers, pelvic thrusts, swimming moves, and bad twerk attacks.

YESSS to this! Dancing to my favorite songs has truly empowered me to get some cardio in and just have the time of my life! It pumps my adrenaline like nothing else! This cute choreography is everything! Totally down for dancing workouts!

Nope too hard. Had to skip this, unfortunately. Choreography is like my arch nemesis. I just cannot do it. Wanted to add that it just takes me too long to learn and was just itching to start the workout

day 13, you know some of us lives in a ridiculously small studio. how I am supposed to do 2 turn on my left and on my right? jump and walk in my furniture? good 2020 program so far, except for those old WO.

Love, love, love your dance workouts! I was a show choir girl in high school and studies musical theatre in college and I miss dancing so much - sometimes a run just doesn't cut it! This was so fun!
