Thank you for the tips! I was also wondering if you have any more tips on how to maintain energy throughout the day? I am a nurse and I work long hours and no matter how much I eat in the morning (oatmeal, eggs, greek yogurt etc) I am starving by 9am. It doesn't help that I already have a fast metabolism and so I burn right through my calories not to mention I am constantly on my feet + moving with my job. The thing is My shift is also typically so busy during the am period that I can't pop in to the break room to grab a quick snack + we are not allowed to have food in the patient areas/hallways/workstations bc of JCHO. Thus, I am left starving until I can grab lunch. which doesn't usually happen until 3 or 4pm and at that point i have been well over 8-10 hrs without food. THus, I am trying to find better options for the am hours that will hold me over longer

Hi Cassie! I'm going on holiday in 5 weeks with the family and normally I don't care about my figure coz it's normally just me and my parents. Last time I made a friend and she was nice ish and she said in the pool I love how you don't care how you look and it REALLY SERIOUSLY offended me. So I'm tryna lose maybe a stone xxx your vids are gonna help

people are being incredibly rude. she's dancing because she's happy, so why put down someone for genuinely enjoying what they do and being happy and energetic? just because your personality isn't like hers, doesn't mean she can't be bubbly. If you don't like it, leave the video and watch someone else. No one is forcing you to watch this. I love you, girl! thanks for the awesome breakfast recipes!

So many mean comments about Cassie's dancing and energy omg, I'm happy that Cassie's so passionate about what she does and she's expressing herself through her videos, I'm happy that she's reached a point where she can be herself in her videos and you should be as well. And if you're not, then leave or kindly keep your unhelpful comments to yourself! :)

You forgot to add the fat from the coconut oil. The eggs alone have 10g, but one tablespoon of coconut oil has 13. 5g. And i'm guessing that you used more than one, since the layer of oil was thick and covering the entire pan. This makes the pancakes around 40g of fat.

Does anyone else find they gain weight when eating lots of fruits? I know they are considered healthy but I only seem to maintain my weight eating low carb (which include most fruits) and high protein! Anyone else have this issue?

Cassey when I did the pancakes I did it as u told but when I was about o flip, the batter was to. like. watery and it kept falling apart even though I did what u said. Did I miss something or did something wrong? Help _

I have crohn's disease, so I can't eat lots of fruits or vegetables or whole grains--and your banana pancakes are a healthy breakfast that I can actually have! Thank you!
