Xauce: Many years later and I decided to do this workout again since summer is approaching. I want to get my body in shape + gain the same love I have for working out like I used to. I still enjoy it but there's been times where i didn't do it for healthy reasons. So as a way to restart, I want to go back to one of the main fitness woman who helped me with fitness, the way I saw working out as a way to better yourself for you and to be your healthiest you or even just used as me time/self care or stress reliever and on top enjoying it. Casey helped me gain confidence, feel good with my body and appreciate myself more. She olds a special place in my heart.
Despite the burn you'll feel at the end and during sometimes I liked that as well. And let me tell you! This workout still had that burn that it would give me years ago ah ah. I miss the talking though the work outs + the way she encourages you. reminfed you to breathe and focus on your movement which helped me be in the moment and pay attention to how I moved my body so that I did it properly + lesson any risks or injury if my form was not correct. And holding the final pose before releasing. All was nostalgic in a way.
Anyhoow I'm glad to be back! Miss you Casey and hope you've been well

For those on the fence about following Cassey, Ive been doing her workouts since freshman year of high school and just graduated college: ) its truly a journey and Ive had to recondition sooo many times. But it gets simpler to follow her workouts. Sometimes you dont have to go as fast as her and youll learn how to properly breathe and do the moves. Youll also learn alternative movements here and there. One of the best ways to see results is to do your cardio before the strength videos. You also really need to stop eating all those unhealthy treats but dont beat yourself up over it. Ive gone from being super disciplined and following her meal plans, to eating fast food constantly, to incorporating healthy meals with some sugar treats here and there. Its a journey and is fun to be on! Ive paused my Pilates and went to the gym for the treadmill and weights and have even gone to OrangeTheory. But I always go back to Cassey!

i remember not being able to do multiple targeted exercises in a day and here i am. can't go through this without stopping still but for anyone who's just starting or is having a bad day or time like i am, you will evolve and you will get through everything. sixteen, my muslim parents found out about my boyfriend two days ago, they aren't talking to me, slowly nourishing myself with fruits after every workout which are what i am eating since yesterday and having pregnancy worries again.

I remember this video being the first one I saw because it was on my recommended videos, and since then I've been here. I've had my ups and downs, I've stopped and kept going for weeks but still here, having fun with the journey instead of focusing too hard on the end.

I feel like my neck hurts; o; and yes, I know that means Im using the wrong muscles, so I try to really use my ab muscles but I feel like I cannot get up without using my neck muscles, so I just stuck to the ones where my head stayed down.

Wow, I remember watching this in 2016 and thinking, I want my room to look like that set; how bright and minimalist. Now, the set and Cassey's hair and top have aged, because the world has de-aged to a new new. 2025 Annie, take note!

Ive been doing this everyday for a month and still really struggle with the reverse crunches. I may just not be strong enough but are there any modifications that can help me grow to get to a point where I can do reverse crunches?

Umm something crazy just happened, I was never able to lift myself up while doing the single leg jack knives but I managed to do it today. and I pushed through the whole video somehow. omg.

Pro-tip: on the transverse abdominal part, do plank hip dips instead (I think thats what theyre called) I find them much more challenging & that way the form is easier.
