ugh todays calendar workout KILLED ME! Its March 10, 2019, and arm day is one of my least favorite, next to cardio day, because my arms are the weakest part of my body. But they are getting so much stronger, I finished todays workout through sheer willpower because I will not give up! My arms have and are and will continue to become stronger!

Tried this on a whim after seeing the February 2020 Workout Calendar. I thought it was really intense and extra. My arms really burned while doing it and were sore afterwards.
But. I'm back here 3 days later doing it again. So I guess your motivation magic worked. Thank you, Cassey!

Dear Future Grass,
OMG THIS WAS NO JOKE! This was reeeeeeeaaaaaalllllllyyyyy hard. But I got through it all without breaks. The only thing I did though was I did the first 30 seconds of up up down downs on my knees and the rest on my toes. Super hard video but I did it!

I started this with my SO for 5 days now during quarantine. We intend to do 2 reps for this in 2 weeks time so 9 days from now. Please wish us luck. Our muscles feel so sore.

i can't feel my arms but i was too stubborn to have to say that i only made it through 3 min in a 5 min workout video. this is a great video and i hope with practice that someday i'll be able to master it without losing senses in my arms!

05. 02. 20, didn't miss a day since january 1st! I am starting to feel the need to workout with the everyday habit, I am clearly no quitter this year! did need a break during this last one after all the arm workout of today tho

The moves are good. Though the sequence of the excerises was not. Up up down down was hard, i guess it should have been first. Nd nd elbow circles could have been the last it was easy.
Enjoyed it though. :)
