23/11/17 This is the day I stoppped with my Blogilates journey. I'm sorry, but I give up. I'm forever thankful for what Cassey has done for both my body and my emotional state. I did both of the Beginners Calendars. I did the October Caendar and I did the Novemeber Calendar diligently up until the 22nd of November. My body looks much better, my buck hurts less than usual and my posture got definitely better. I know, sadly, that all those things will get worse in a week or even less, since I decided to stop doing Blogilates but I just can't do it anymore. Every day is brutal and while at the beginning my mind found the thing challenging in a good way, after a while I started to perceive it as a mere struggle. I kept doing everything without actually wanting to. At the beginning I accepted that the pain and the fatigue and the sufference were part of it and I was ok with it. Because many good things came with them. But after months, my mind got titred of thinking: Oh, I like this pain, Oh, I like how my legs are shaking so bad, Oh, I like how unbearably my muscles are burning, it means they're working, Oh, I like how drained I am, it means I gave my all. No. After a while, my mind got tired of convincing myself that it was worth it. My mind started thinking that it wanted some rest and that just one day per week wasn't enough. My mind started to think that my body was tired to be in extreme pain and drained for an hour each day. Even if there are a lot of good things that come with it, I already have too much pain in my life, to add another one to my list. It never seems to get easier. Even if at the beginning I was able to just do like 2 push-ups and now I can do the 100 burpees challenge amazingly without even sweating. But it never gets easier. It always pushes you to almost your limit and after a while, if you're already stressed out and drained from life, you just break and decide to stop. So, yeah, my journey ends here from now. I'll stop with the Calendars. I'm a warrior and I dont usually give up, but ife is already hard for me and this journey doesn't get easier as I was hoping. And I'm not able to convince my mind that the pain, the burning, the exhaustion are a good thing anymore. I'm too tired. Good luck to the other Popsters. My journey ends here.

August 2, you are dOnE! I know it hurts, and honestly, today was extremely hard for me, an I did have to take a few breaks, but that's okay! With every squat or every football run, or every aNyThIng, you are becoming a better version of yourself! And guess what? We only have one more day of work, and then we get to have a nice relaxing stretch day! Keep up the fantastic work guys!

Dear Future Grass, if you do these moves right, you REALLY get a cardio workout! Maybe it's because I'm coming off a week if low impact workouts or no workouts. Either way, my heart was pumping! Also, this isn't low-impact so if you're looking for apartment friendly, this isn't the video.
Tip: be prepared for sweat.

hey Cassey, how can I improve on one of my most difficult moves ( THE SPLIT JUMPS) I always have trouble with the back leg. I lunge, I hop, but that leg falls short, in other words it doesn't go as far as l want it too.

hey is there anyway you could add a chart to see how many calories we lose by doing these exercises? i have been trying to lose weight and it would greatly help my progress

I spring cleaned my whole house today, although we are far from spring in Upstate NY but now I'm super determined to kill it in today's calendar workout
