Lately there's been an intense amount of body shaming, negativity, and bullying going around and I can't stand it. People need to learn how to respect one another

The more popular you are, the more jealous others will be, and they'll try to tear you down. I know this was published a year ago, and I'm late to see it, but I just wanted to share something. I showed your video to my friends as a kind of curiosity thing about how others are viewed in society (a large group of mixed male and female) and asked for their HONEST responses on how they see you. I told them not to hold back. Some of the things they said were:
She's fit! S
he looks how I want to look!
She has a killer body.
If only I could look that way.
She's gorgeous!
She's exactly right!
She looks healthy, lean and pretty much perfect.
Nobody had any negative things to say. Nobody. No matter how wonderful someone looks, if they're popular, the trolls and the critics and the competitors will come out to bite. It's always going to be that way and it sucks. But you need to focus on the many, many more comments that thank and praise you, because you do a fantastic job, you're an inspiration to so many women, and I'll always continue watching Blogilates. In essence, you're great: )

Im watching this because I needed something to distract myself from all the thoughts and flash back.
Yesterday, when I was exercising in my apartment, my roommate saw and she made a comment on my body. I was wearing this skinny tops and shorts to work out, and she said that it looked like I was having a bit too much flesh.
My roommate is also a close friend of mine, I dont want to be mad or angry at her. In fact, I have not been thinking too much about it until tonight. My brain keeps playing back and I cannot sleep.
I know that she is in no position to judge me. Shes been skinny since forever, and I admit Im sometimes jealous of her. She never works out or try to eat healthily.
The worst thing here is Im not overweight or unhealthy. Its just my body type that is fleshy and has curves. And how my body is now is a lot of effort, in years. I was the chubby kid.
I have nowhere to spill my thoughts and I have nobody that I feel comfortable enough to talk with about this. Im just gonna leave this here to feel better.
Again, I dont hate my friend, but this is hurting.

I always body shame myself because when we change after gym the girls just take off there shirt wearing a sports bra like 1. why 2. get changed before the bell rings and 3. I get it you have a perfect body I get it you like your body I get it you wanna show off what you have but that is not gonna help the people that is around you. You might not know but some of the girls around you might be jealous and sad that they don't have a body like yours so please stop. That was me. I was the person who would go to the bathroom and change because of that I felt like no guy would like me because I was fat so I starved myself i would just drink water and it was hell but I had to because I wanted to be skinned liked the girls in the locker room being all confident, I kept it up since the beginning of this year (2017) and it is now September (2017) from time to time I still try to starve myself because nothing really changed.

i feel ashamed for those who throw hate on you, and it's so wild to me to realize how people can be mean for no reason or because of jealousy i don't know, but i want to encourage you, because your work does make a difference in people's lives, and personally in my life! and that's crazy how i can be affected by you even though i live on the other side of the planet, but i just want to thank you so much! thanks to your exemple, motivation and energy i've completely changed the way i see myself, the way i understand the beauty and what i'm worth. it's much more then just working out to be healthy and stay in shape, it made me confident, and with it i learned how to live my own happy life that doesn't have to be universally perfect to be actually perfect to me!
that is all to say, that you are truly inspiring and powerful women that i respect a lot!
thank you for all you're doing for us!

Cassie you're videos have meant so much to me. I have multiple lung diseases and illnesses that make it really hard to exercise and do cardio. I have been a swimmer since I was 5, but can't do that as much anymore. When I was in the hospital a few weeks ago getting treatments, I was really missing running, swimming and overall just exercising. That was when I found your videos. You're positive energy make it so that I can push myself so much harder, but I feel okay pausing the video when I need to take a break. Having these videos available has helped me so much because exercise helps my lungs when I can get them clear enough to do them. Your videos have helped me so much and made it possible for me to be so motivated in wanting to better my body. Thank you

Cassy, I wanted to let you know that you have been one of the biggest inspirations for me during one of the darkest seasons of my life. Not only are you an amazing instructor, but you are not afraid to be yourself (who God made you to be! Thank you for doing what you do and encouraging me to push myself beyond anything I ever though possible fitness wise. Doing Pop Pilates is the first time in my life that I have consistently stayed with a workout routine because I have fallen in love with it! It has shown me that I am capable of so much more than I gave myself credit for. Continue to let your light shine sister! Hurt people hurt people. The mean comments have nothing to do with you and everything to do with unresolved issues in those people's hearts.

the sad part is when people fat shame skinny girls like herself it makes size 8 and size 10 feel like their is no reason to get healthier because they'll still be considered fat. I was called fat when I was a size 6 on the internet I was starving myself at that time it made it worse and I didn't eat for 7 days so. or when I was a size 12 I was fat shamed and I gave up and ate about 3000 calories of junk crying and wishing to be skinny and every time I was trying to lose weight I was called fat with destroyed me. I'm no longer called fat I'm a size 8 and curvy but I still see my self as fat and I still starve and binge but u have inspired me. I do the work outs everyday and the arm workout is my favorite.

This made me cry Cassey, I am 16 year old who was introduced to Body image and eating disorders 3 years ago and I am still struggling, this means a lot to me. I am SO INSECURE like INSANELY INSECURE Ive been told by a couple people that Im insecure. There were people that told me that I looked pregnant because of how fat I was and that I was worthless and fat. I would be called names and it hurt like to depths of the sea. This makes me feel empowered. I want to work hard and I want to succeed in life but its so hard when you have very low self esteem. This is exactly what I needed to hear. Thank you so much Cassey Im so great full for you. You are amazing and you dont deserve the hate. Thank you.

Heyy am also a Yoga Instructor. In past few years, I have started hating my body. and as I do it. am gaining more and more weight. I kind off unknowingly starve myself or overeat when I feel stressed about it. which I do most of my time. I have been going through the same issues, like there is an image of an instructor that I should maintain. and I was also struggling from the same question like if I was trying to lose weight( which although now I dont trust in myself that I can ) then am not body positive! But going thru your videos Casey I can connect with you and I feel like am getting my answers. Thanxx for taking your heart out it definitely takes guts

Thank you so much Cassey for being so kind and very open, i have been trying for 2 years (i think) to change how i think about my body but it is so hard because i live in a country where a lot of people are thin and i feel like im always being judged about how i look and just hearing you say these kind things to me, it just makes me so happy. i haven't been this happy in a long time, my family always tries to comfort me and tries to stop me from wearing baggy clothes. i know this is like not necessary at all this cuz this was 3 years ago but you are slowly changing my life and i am truly grateful for that and i just wanted you to know.
