DAY 1: My butt burned while doing the workout but obviously there aren't results after one day, I also did several other videos including the five minute flat abs workout.
DAY 2: All the workouts were easier today but I was sore from yesterday. Everything was pretty easy but I suck at ab workouts. I changed the workout videos I'm doing a little but I'm still mostly doing the same videos.

why is no one in the comments talking about the peas. i want to know if i counted the correct number and i am not ashamed of it.

Tip for students - when your butt gets numb after sitting down for hours when studying, take a break and do this work out!
That way you feel a little more energized when go you back to studying. Good luck!

does anyone else's like shoulders hurt from doing the first two moves? or neck? because i feel like i'm straining it and it makes it more difficult for me to do the moves/

I had to do these today lying on my side propped up on my elbow, I just couldn't do it up on my knee yet. It still burned really bad so hopefully I still did something!

23rd June 2020 DONE! Today was so hard. Finishing with this was insane, I could barely keep my leg up, I had to pause so many times, but I made it! I didn't die

Sometimes when I do this, I feel that the leg that doesn't move actually gets much more tired than the one doing actual exercise. Any tips guys?

I do these 5 minute workouts during my Pomodoro breaks and it really helps get my activity for the day in while staying energized for studying!

Completing the calender has been the most accomplishing feeling in the whole entire day. My butt is dead after this day's calender. My goodness
