What makes the perfect post workout meal? One that will help rebuild your muscles, give you energy, and keep you full! That means a combo of BOTH protein, carbs, and a tiny bit of fat. Make sure to eat within 30 to 1 hr post workout for maximal benefits!

Vegan friends, please shut up about her using dairy.
I've been vegan for years and while I am very firm in my beliefs and I know all of the ethical, health, and environmental reasons to avoid animal products like the back of my hand.
If people are ready to take the journey to going vegan, they will. But if we're going to preach compassion, we have to be compassionate toward other humans, too. The world doesn't need more anger in it.
Respect people's personal decisions and please don't force your own.

you don't need to add sugar to fruit, because fruit is already sweat. she always do that and rice cakes are so unhealthy for you because the rice is been boiled and processed for so long that whatever is leftover is just empty calories. if you are hungry eat whole foods (veggies and fruits) and lean proteins (chicken, turkey, white fish) all thispost workout recipes are deserts.

You know what! I DO NOT LIKE cottage cheese! It looks funny, smells funny, and definitely tastes funny, BUUUUT this is the first time I've seen it used this way. Never occurred to me to blend it! Duh! I know how good it is for you and I've always wanted to find a way to eat it and now I think I have! Very excited! Thanks Casey! I can always count on you to be clever!

Cassey love these recipes! Do you think you can make some without the use of tree nuts or nuts in general? (Of course I could also do alternatives with these recipes) but I'm Allergic to tree nuts and want to see what other great recipes you can make!

for me its more like my pre workout meal/snack (whatever you call it) because carbs give you the energy and my post workout meal is 1 hour later and its usually salmon or chicken with greens. But its just me since i am trying to lose weight

I hope she gets back to doing her workout videos asap, not feeling her food series. She's honestly not the best cook too, her recipes just look really good but you can see she's not so experienced when she's preparing the food. Peace.

Can I use a regular oven for the recipe with the baked apples? Unfortunately I don't have a microwave and only a minioven, but I don't know what temperature or for how long it would have to go in inside a regular oven: -)

hi casey, all of these recipes look fantastic! unfortunately, i am allergic to nuts (almonds, walnuts, peanuts, cashews etc) i was wondering, could you do a nut-free edition of cheap clean eats? thanks

i really love your vids but the music is always soo agressive and ugh i can't really watch them. some softer music in the background would be much better then this rave sounds.
