I felt it mostly on my ELBOWS! Next time I'll use a pillow under! I don't know why these weren't hard for me. I usually do 5-6 videos a day, mostly focused on my abs, upper body, and waist. I'm looking for more to add in. Figure 'booty ones' wd burn fat. have stubborn 8-10 lbs I'd like to lose. I don't do as much walking as I used to (1 hr) Now my dog's old and she only likes 1/2 hour. I'm almost 70, BTW.

My roommate and I used to do this at our dorm room since our first year at uni; we did it almost every day to the point where we knew the video word for word by heart. Now that we are in different countries, coming back to this video brings out so many nice memories.

This isnt hurting at all. dont know if im doing something wrong. Some of her other workouts are really good, but i dont feel a lot with this one. i mean sure, i feel my muscles and everything, but no real pain. does anyone else experience this?

When I first started pilates a little more than a year ago, this was one of my first videos. I remember how much I SUFFERED! Now, I am STILL suffering, but I've pushed myself to use booty bands! I thought this workout was hard before.

I started matching her pace exactly and found my workouts now are much more effective. I used to go slower thinking I was building more muscle but learned faster is more difficult and intense. Not sure why I thought it wasn't lol.

Oh my word I just finished the 4 workout videos on the September calendar for today, that was brutal to finish with this video lol, I don't think I will be able to walk for bout 15 min or so lol love it though

this workout is very effective. when i'm feeling fat i always do this exercise for about three days. then my butt look so good and feels fresh. this is one of my fave workouts

This is by far the best butt workout Ive tried. Lots of pain but lots of gain. As a crossdresser I wanted a more feminine butt and this was the workout that got me there. Thankyou x

Omg. I did not expect it to be this hard. I have been doing other longer bum workouts and this killed me more than anything Ive done before. Cant feel my butt or thighs right now
