You combine too many alternative ingredients not easy to find, and others that are expensive. Besides, these ideas work only if you are a housewife with 10 different appliances, and have time to cook and wash everything you use afterwards. or if you live with your parents, and you mother can cook and then do the dishes. Otherwise, I can't imagine cooking any of these dishes in 10-15 mins, and I can't imagine buying so many expensive ingredients each week. Like I said, you combine too many uncommon and expensive stuff in one single option. This is good but pretty unpractical.

Those are fancy breakfasts! Not gonna complain, I kinda want to try those recipes.
Yeah, some ingredients might be expensive or hard to find, or maybe it takes too long of a time to prep some meals for some of you guys, but one thing's for sure: Cassey is doing her absolute best to please everyone, ie. vegans, non-vegans, gluten-free tolerant people ect. Plus, those are merely ideas so you still can get inspired and come up with something different: )

i really think the 28-reset can actually help a lot of people, but myself as a student can barely do it. I have to live on a very tight budget and wanted to do it regardless. And then I found myself searching for all the ingredients you use and IF I found them (which wasn't always the case) they were hella expensive, that I, in the end, stuck with normal milk and normal sugar. Kinda sad: /

Me and my friends are currently doing the reset and we need more clarification for the not okay foods. Second time around and we're still wondering if agave nectar or maple syrup are considered added sugars, if potatoes and rice are okay to eat, if we look at the ingredients for anything and it says sugar do we not eat it at all, is cocoa powder okay.

I MADE THOSE PANCAKES but I tweaked the recipe I did
2 eggs
Half of a banana (mashed)
2 1/2 Tbs. coconut flour (almond flour works well)
2 1/2 Tbs. flax meal
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of baking soda and baking powder
And a few drops of stevia
I also mixed maple syrup and peanut butter to put on top and IT WAS SO YUMMY!

The polenta breakfast was so incredibly delicious! I did not expect to like it! Thank you for helping me discover this kind of polenta and canadian bacon. The simple apple pancakes we ok, they didnt look much like pancakes, but they were pretty good. the cherry almond pudding didnt work well and didnt taste good at all

I like the pancakes but the rest I did not like. I don't eat pork and polenta does not taste good for breakfast. Just my preference. i agree with everyone's comments about the availability of the products used and the price. If you got the $ and the time I would like to hear a review on the pancakes.

pancakes are soooo fancy. anyway, am I the only one who cringe everytime someone eat leaking eggs? I'm always so grossed out the last recipi looks also yummy, but I wouldnt eat something so cold out of fridge on an empty stomach

Hey girl! I've decided I'm going to start the 28 day reset tomorrow, but there is one problem- I am a crazy chocolate lover! Now, by chocolate I mean real 85%-99% dark chocolate. Is chocolate this dark okay to eat on the reset? Thanks so much: )
