Welcome to the 6-Week Body Toning Bootcamp! Over the course of the next 6 weeks, I will release super focused videos targeting all muscle groups of your body to get you strong and lean for summer using only bodyweight! They are PIIT style - so you will be challenged - but there will be no explosive jumping movements so you can do this at your home or apartment! Each video must be done 4 times through in one session to give you a full 28 minute workout. The 6-Week challenge is to do the workout of the week at least once that week. Do that for 6 consecutive weeks and you will be so much more than bikini body ready. you're gonna be life body ready! The week 1 workout is Booty Focus so will be all about that butt. You will do each exercise 45 sec through with 15 sec of rest in between. Your 7 moves are: 1. Double pulse squat 2. Straight leg pulse R 3. Alternating lunges 4. Straight leg pulse L 5. Squat Lunges 6. Standing Ham Curl R 7. Standing Ham Curl L Have fun!

I just started this workout and I see that I might be two years too late but I am here. This is way better then a workout that I recently started. I am a woman who weight 155lbs and I need to tone every part of my body but every gym or exercise camp wants me to loose weight but I don't want to continue to lose weight so I am extremely excited that I found YOUR PAGE & YOUR COMMUNITY! I CAN FEEL ALL OF THIS WORKOUT! THANK YOU

I love this, just finished my fourth round in three days (I'm just getting active again) and I am feeling it. I'm feeling great! Just wondering is it killing anyone else's lower back? It's like I never had any muscle there before! My but and thighs feel it but shoot! My lower back keeps me from getting through the last bit. Love it though! Thanks Casey!

Can anyone answer this: Wouldn't it be better to mix up the workouts in this playlist over the course of six weeks? I just feel like it doesn't make sense to intensely workout and tire the same muscles for a week straight and then not revisit them. Obviously, you need most of your muscles for every workout, but?

hi yes hello (hopefully someone please answer this) lol but for this series is it like -
week 1 focus/just do booty, week 2 abs, week 3 fat burn and so on or is it
Monday booty, Tuesday abs, wednesday fat burn and so on making sunday rest day or? i wanna start this asap! lol

Love blogilaties! thank you. I am planning on doing the 6-week challenge every day as a 6-day series for 6 weeks in addition to other daily workout. I hope to do this as my break during the workday - sitting way to many hours - that will widen my booty!

Oh wow! I cant even sit on the toilet today! Love it. I am excited about this 6 week workout! Thank you these exercises. I think I did two plus the stretch. I love how you incorporate stretching and balance into your workouts. Im 52 and need that!

anyone else get here after ALLLLL the booty workouts from todays calendar and then just give up. like my booty just refused hahaha Im going to do some yoga cool down instead but thanks Cassie for LITERALLY kicking my butt today: )

Yeah, I just can't do this one. My balance is SO bad I just end up focusing more on not falling over, and the squat lung confuses me because my brain doesn't work and I'm dumb, can't remember if I last did left or right soooo. yeah. can't.
