amazing video cassey! could you pls do a workout video for after vacation? chances are i'll put on weight while i'm on vacation and by the time i get home i'll be two weeks away from back to school and i want to look at my slimmer and fitter and i'm not sure if i could do it in just two weeks pls help! i'm working out during my vacay but not as intense and i'm not eating as healthy (still watching how much i eat cos i'm trying to maintain my current body then work on losing fat when i'm back home) i made some great progress but i just want to have a VERY visible transformation by the time school starts i wanna get rid of every bit of fat and tone up my body cos i'm done feeling bad cos everyone seems to be in their best shape exept me

group classes are def the way to go! even when i had the motivation to work out, i didn't have the motivation to actually do a proper workout/i'd always sell myself short. less minutes on the treadmill, get bored by beefy men using all the weight machines and just be like nah we can skip arms together etc. group classes is totally the way to have someone push you and have others motivate you, and share your struggles and triumphs together. at the fraction of the cost of a personal trainer!

My hack is a combination of group fitness, courses that I love and - honestly I think that's the most important part for me - a really energetic and motivating trainer (plus, he's nice to look at, too, haha: ). Loud music and a trainer finding the balance between a really sunny mood and yelling at me to push harder is just getting me so hyped, I'm even annoying all my friends because I talk so much about these classes and how much I enjoy doing them: )

Hi Cas! I was wondering if you could do 7 tips for busy people. I am currently in year 12 and dance 3 nights a week, although in my dance classes I feel my fitness and stamina declining. because of such a hectic amount of homework I sometimes find myself disregarding any type of exercising due to having no time. Any advice is much appreciated.

1. Exercising while watching tv really saved me. I still get to binge watch my shows but I get a good work out in at the same time.
2. I like that your sister has been in your videos/pictures lately. I think it's adorable how much you get along.

guys ill tell you my best lazy people hack for working out: you can just watch the next episode or listen to the next audiobook chapter while working out. its the best if your lazy af like me lol you actually cant wait to work out the next day because youll get to watch /listen to something you really enjoy

Game changer for me was getting into my workout clothes when I get home. I'm not a morning person and working out in the mornings have always failed. So now I work out after the kids are in bed and if I don't get into my workout clothes as soon as I get home inevitably it doesn't happen bc I'm so tired!
