I just wanted to say this to help you guys out a bit. I have struggled with this myself) what she is talking about at 0: 45 has very little to do with flexibility, and has a lot to do with strength! The flexibility in your legs will help, but it's not the main aspect to it. If you have strength in the muscles that help with your
turn out it will do you a lot more good! I only say this because I have pushed myself for flexibility. and I ended up pulling muscles! But what I needed to do was strengthen my legs! (Obviously not everyone will push them selves that hard! And my problem was that I wasn't careful about it! It was an unhealthy habit of mine, and I just wanted to say this in case there's someone out there that has the same problem)

But I am 14 and I have danced for the past 11 years! I don't know everything and I admit I still have a lot that I would like to learn, but I wanted to share this information!
If anyone has any scientific research, other reason or information that contradicts what I've said I'd love to hear it!

Starting today cause I know some ppl are scrolling to see if this works
Right thigh: 18 in
Left thigh: 18. 2 in
Height: 163 cm
Day 1: Did it once at like 1: 30 pm but took wayyy too many breaks also took a like 5 min break b4 last exersice cause I got called for lunch
Day: 2 Done again took less breaks than last time but still had to take some. No difference obviously

ok so second time doinf tgis my thighs hurt like hell when i woke up lol. it was easier todsy, i got more far but i still cant do yhe whole thing

Started doing this workout last year during the pandemic. I do it almost every day. This is a great inner-thigh workout that REALLY does target that area. I am 58 years old and my thighs are supper toned. I get compliments from my much younger daughters. I love it. Thank you sweetie!

So I'm 25 weeks pregnant- I don't know if this is because I'm pregnant but I feel all QUADS when I do this. She says to push out your knees to feel it in your inner thighs, but I don't really get what that means. Can someone explain?

I'm trying to isolate the inner thighs with the pile squats but no mater how I adjust it, how hard I push the inner thigh toward the tv, How low I go, or high I lift my heel, all I can feel is my quads? Any idea what I'm doing wrong

If anyone could help I have a problem, every time I do excises for my inner thigh fat I feel the burn in my knee and above my knee. I dont think Im doing them wrong but Im not getting sore in the spots people say I should

I want that thigh gap. for that I am starting this today, but I took 6 breaks of around 2 to 3 seconds, in between. I will do this until I am able to do this without break or straight 1 week, whichever is longer.

I just found this video, I was looking for inner thigh tightening exercises. I did the whole video without stopping. I like the standing exercise, no floor work. Just turned 84. See how I feel tomorrow.
