She's been in the spotlight her whole life, she's suffered a public mental breakdown, public humiliation, and now she's back and stronger and FITTER than ever. (Like her song) So I need to know - what does Britney Spears do to stay so lean these days? Especially after having kids? Well all I had to do is look through her Instagram to find out. I compiled my favorite Britney workouts and created the routine that you'll be doing today! People supposedly think that the secret to her hot body is her hot boyfriend who also happens to be a personal trainer. Here's a video of Britney and Sam Asghari working out as a couple! Britney's Total Body Instagram Workout: 1) In n Outs 2) Elbow to Knee Crunch on Bosu Ball 3) Squat to shoulder press 4) Plank rows 5) Tricep rows on one leg 6) Squat with single arm press up 7) Straight Side leg raise, foot flexed 8) Kettle bell swings 9) Banded kickbacks 10) All fours arabesque kick 11) 3 legged dog, elbow to knee Good luck! her routine is very much dance and yoga inspired with light weights. Hey cassie I have a question to you. I really think you could give me the right advise. My height is 1. 57m & weight is 52. 4 kg. According to my height I have the ideal weight. But people often do this mistake thinking that I'm underweight. They think I look skinnier than I should be. They don't even believe sometimes when they hear about my weight. I don't wanna look underweight or skinnier. I rather prefer to look the way that keeps me beautiful in a healthy way. Can i please get a suggestion what I should really do in this case?

Anyone using the blogilates timer app! Its actually 18 moves total. I inputted 11 and it only came out to 8 mins and some secs but I realized theres certain moves she does on each side.
These are the moves you have to do on the Right and Left.
Elbow Knee crunch on bosu ball - R & L
Triceps Rows on one leg - R & L
Squat w/ Single Arm press up - R & L
Straight Side Leg Raise - R & L
Banded Kickbacks - R & L
All 4s Arabesque Kick - R & L
3 Legged Dog - R & L

She also suffered from bulimia she said she gorge on red bull and taco Bell then would go and throw herself up. That wasn't on a daily basis. Though it was from time to time when she felt like she needed to she and I are a lot alike when it comes to that cause that's how I suffered for so many years too but the fact that I'm a popsters means that I wanted to do something good to want to help my body inspire of my own insecurities with it

If I had dumb bells this workout would have been a blast. Not fun without weights. I used some books but they are just not as good as the real thing. Just moved into a new place so they are on my to buy list. This should not be part of the monthly calendar. And before anyone gives me hate, I just mean that lots of people come to Cassey's videos for equipment free workouts and the calendar ones should be equipment free.

What about about a Slave For You workout. Come on to your arms. like corkscrew and do the ABC abs spelling Slave keeping your feet together hen could go into number four bridges and the U butt It could be a circuit. It would be three times through too wl What do you think. If you decide no that's cool - just think about it as my challenge for you

Omg honey do you not understand the word word switch I kept having to back the video up cause you kept doing one leg and not the other. If it is a pitt workout you need to tell us we can't read your mind but I thought I wasn't going to be able to get through it as a result of please specify

hey cassey, can you please upload a video on how to get that legs straight during workout. cause no matter how much i workout i just can't get them straight for abs exercise. guess i am on the beginner level but i am just not advancing from it! please help: (. love your workouts

Hi Cassey, i have a question. Whenever i do ab exercises i never feel the pain in mn abs, but always in the middle of my back. I have tried putting my lower back down into the mat but this doesnt help either. Do you have any exercises that dont cause back pain?

This is a great workout for beginners! I'm 36 year old and I've never really worked out before. This is the first workout I managed to complete and it was really fun and good intensity! I'm planning on getting in the best shape of my life before I hit 40.
