I'm a C cup. And I too wanted bigger boobs because my friends had them and they were all so much prettier than me. They hit puberty and looked amazing. Clear skin, small waists, big butts and boobs. I hit puberty and I break out in horrible acne, I gained a belly, was constantly sweating and felt like I had water balloons for boobs. I was embarrassed. But as I got older, they got fuller and more round and I actually began to like them. As I began to love myself and accept myself, I was grateful I had smaller boobs. Bigger boobs can cause back problems, and get in the way of some activities. So instead of wishing for bigger boobs, I accepted what I had and I have loved them ever since.

Hi Cassey! I have a bit of an oposite story! Being a 32F bra size I've always wanted smaller boobs for so many reasons. Ive always been teased for my bra size and shoping for bras and clothes has always been difficult especially for my body image. I can't wear tops like you have on in this video for exercise because nothing stays where it should and it actually starts to hurt. I've recently discovered Freya bras (a UK brand that's thankfully available is South Africa) and that changed so much for me! They also do a sportswear line for girls who need a little extra support.
In short, I was so close to getting a breast reduction just because I was so uncomfortable in my own skin. I made the decision to make better choices in bra-wear and in terms of health choices (if I gain weight it first goes to my boobs. I am now so comfortable and confident with my body and myself and making big strides everyday to getting fit and healthy.

hello, i want to start losing weight but I've been worried that my chest is gonna look worse after. and I've been told, among other advice, to check out your video for exercises. but the thing is, earlier I had really small boobs (now they're still small but slightly bigger as I'm heavier) and all I want for them is to look (almost) exactly like before getting weight. I just want them not to fall down while I'm losing weight. But you say your exercises can actually increase your size. So my question is - do any of these exercises fail to enlarge your bust?

First I have to say I love your videos. Ive been a fan now for 5 years. Thank you for them. I'm finishing an 8 week fitness challenge that I started back in October. Ive lost pounds and inches I can tell a big difference everywhere but my breast and I dont really want to lose them just give them a little lift. Well I asked someone who supposedly was a fitness coach about what exercises I could do and his advice was you need surgery I'm not gonna lie that was very aggravating. So again thank you for the videos that you do

This is an old video but I thought would say that its good that you decided against BA, I succumbed to my insecurities when I was 22 with a 32A and got BA. I regret that decision everyday, after 5 years I had them removed and now I am working on building my muscle underneath since they cut right into it. Its a shame I had to go through something so traumatic for my body to realize that I looked fine and better than I ever did before I changed it I'm happy you listened to your family I wish I asked for help.

DDD here, just want them to not sag so much I love my chest, sometimes I wish they were smaller but Im grateful to have my body as it is. I try to remind myself that its beautiful no matter my weight and such. I want to be a healthier version of myself so thank you for sharing your stories. I think I can say for the rest of us that through your blogs and these videos, we dont feel alone when trying to love our bodies through all the years.

I am a 36 D but my breast is so damn saggy, if I am not wearing bra, my breast touches my belly button I hate it. Cassey's all videos work wonders on me, i was doing leg slimming workout for 3 weeks and now I am gonna do this. Hope this video will change it for the good. starting from. Tomorrow, I will share my measurement and progress with you guys.

Dear Future Grass,
I'm so proud of myself today! this is the last video of today (an arm day. I didn't quit in EVERY video! Of course I took short in-between video breaks and breaks provided in the videos (although, there were barely any) but I really pushed myself today!
Plus, my arms keep on looking better and better.

Cassey, can you also do workout video for reducing chest size, too? Cuz, I feel insecure myself especially when I have to do something in front of the class like when I got attention from the people or when I need to run. Plz help me. I think the video will be a great help for most teenagers like me.
