The one thing that stresses ME out is other people that like to play the victim while they are the ones going outside of themselves and their way to demonize me in the eyes of everyone else. The people who have strategically set aside time devoted to contact people close to me to make me feel worthless and everything else just because I refused to bow and scrap and curtsy to their every whim. The people that decided to take YEARS of their life to stalk and harass me in order to make themselves feel better over some slight (either real or imagined. The simple fact that they did not come to directly discuss these things with me but instead went like I said outside of their way to reach other people is what stresses me out.

HI! The one thing that makes me most stressed out is when I think of my health. I was diagnosed with colitus and life really sucks when you can't eat certain foods and you always need to think about your health. I get really stressed out when I think why is this happened to me, how can I change that. And I should write what I eat, how much water I drink, but I never do. When I found YOU and started working out, you gave me that motivation to try to change my body, change my mind set and I am really thankful to you for that. This journal would literally help me to do more great stuff to my body and my life! Luv you

I get super stressed when I feel like time is running out and I have lots to do - whether that's before a flight, when I have an essay due, or just lots of errands to run! That's why journaling with things like the focus journal help me out so much as I can see everything I have to do and when I have to get it done by! I've had my eye on your journals for a while because I just adore them they are so ute but they are out of my price range because of the shipping to the uk: ( winning one would make my life and be sure to yet me ready for a stress free second year at university!

Well something that gets me stressed is: when i miss a class in school and my classmates learn something new but when i go back to school and my classmates know something new that i dont know YET, I get a little stressed and depressed because the teacher exlaines something that i don't know Yet. But the good thing is that i always calm my self by going to the bathroom and splashing some water on my face and also realizes that it's ok to not know But it's no ok to not try. Also i ask the teachers my douts that is what there for to teach us.

The most stressful thing is when I fail to wake up early in the morning to meet the high demands of the society which no likes to do in the first place but yet have to fulfill. the thought abt finishing a lot in less time Inturn makes everyone feels Insecure and low about themselves if failed to do so, it's actually everyone's problem main cause of stress no able to meet the demands of the society even though u dont want to do it but have to no choice makes everyone n everything stressful!

The thing that makes me the most stressed is knowing that I am holding myself back. While I know I am capable of accomplishing more, I'm always getting in my own way. Whether that be because I'm procrastinating due to fear of failure, or eating junk because of anxiety about grades and college, it's a terrible and incredibly stressful feeling to know that you have all the tools to reach your goals, but for some reason you're not taking the opportunity.

The one thing which makes me most stressed is when My confidence goes down and I start to feel intimidating among people and just can't keeping on what I was already doing. I feel like the people's energy and that affects me a lot to the point my body and head start feeling tired. Even If I've planned my day and week when I start to feel stressed I go through waste my time to feel better that's procrastinate, instead of accomplishing my things.

Ive never talked about this publicly but the thing that stresses me out is the pressure I put on myself to stay healthy (yes its ironic. After three years in an abusive relationship I developed schizophrenia. I became so physically and mentally unwell that I started stressing myself out trying to do all the right things to undo the damage. I am now learning to check off little successes and celebrate healthy choices.

I know I'm late for the contest, but the thing that makes me most stressed is finding a babysitter.
As a single parent, every time I work, every time I go out, I need a babysitter. Sometimes my babysitter will have something come up last minute, or I will get scheduled for work last minute, or something will happen, and all of a sudden I'm in a rut.
It is a daily thing.
I wish I could afford day care. :/

The one thing that stresses me out Is my husband it's either a fight or something else and I never win then so its stressing and it causes me to est more which I know is not good but now I'm trying to get back into working out with you Casey Ho I've been doing pilates since I was 11 and I loved what how I looked even now I do but when i workout and do pilates or piit28 i start to feel better about myself.
