Day 6: unfortunately I would not do sport today because I had my period so because of the pain I can not make any effort suddenly I will do tomorrow
Day 7: i did it im happy
Day 8: ( i add this day to replace day 6 that i had not done )
Im back for the second week guys

Talking about decorating while working out LOL and legs being the bottom upper arms LOL You are hilarious. Congrats on your new home! I've had underbutt my entire life and have always been into sports and physical fitness. I mean my butt looks great and all but it's extremely hard for me to get rid of my underbutt. I learned to just love it lol but these are some REALLY cool exercises that I haven't really done before. Let's see how it'll turn out in the next few weeks!

31/08- day one: before - lets do this guys!
after - during all the exercises i felt so fatigue. But the last one was more a resting exercise.
5/09- day two: after - update the last one wasnt a resting exercise, I did it wrong, but that deff hurt my cheeks haha

I did feel the walk out bridge one and the extended leg one up and down with the different side of wobble whatever you called it just straight out leg up and down the last one I didn't really see the point of that one. you seem like a really nice, genuine person and happy for your gracious blessed life.

Omg what a workout. p. s those trees are great for shade my Mom has one fully grown ofcource and it helps keep her house cool, the little balls that they get are a bit if a mess but easy to clean up as long as you don't step on them

I sweated a lot. But I could not feel the burn during the last move, I might have done it wrongly? I also ended up using more body weight to push my glutes up during the grasshopper move: (
