Hi Casey, I love your workout videos. Ive just found this one recently and I know you posted it 2 years ago and was asking for recommendations on what you should watch, probably you even have since then, but theres a show called Lucifer on Netflix which has been my favourite for almost a year now. Its about the devil getting bored of running hell. He comes on a vacation to LA and opens a nightclub. His path crosses with a detective who investigates the murder of one of his friends and through his fascination for the detective is how he learns about humanity and helps solving crimes with the LAPD. I've been doing these exercises and I love doing them. The things I have to work on is staying on my palms when I do the butt and thigh workout but I keep going, the leg pulses ( I get a pinch feeling on the side of my hip) and and I'm really trying to keep my shoulders away from my ears. I've been doing theses exercises for four months going on five. I also got my own exercise mat

Oh thank you! I have been suffering with migraines lately and any sort of upper body work tends to trigger a headache. I love to weightlift but the other day I was shoulder pressing with 7. 5LB weights and starting to feel the beginning of a headache. I was worried I'd have to skip all upper body work. This video was a good workout for my arms without causing any headaches!

I took breaks. also, only did the arm push up part not the leg lift in that first one. it was too much. My lupus is crying. Doing your calendar and Yoga with Adriene's calendar plus the 2020 challenge is a lot. But I weigh a lot. Gotta get this off. Gotta get stronger and more active. going to be 30 this year.

My shoulders really hurt with the mermaid move but not in a good kind a way. loved the curly arms though! It's great when you need to push yourself to get through and feel amazing afterwards. training my shoulders helps me to get a better posture which I really need so thanks for this video

This is really great and motivating Im 57 and I just had a back surgery and this is what I need to get back in the game with my shoulders please do some more shoulder exercises can you modify that second one for people that need it modified can you show us modified Pilates

Cassey, can you do an active stretch workout? Where you are moving and stretching at the same time? And here's a challenge for you: do WITHOUT any down dogs, up dogs or plank walk openers!

My body functions the same way
My arms can get really lean pretty quickly, but the rest of me not so much and I also adore working upper body and feeling strong. It's the best feeling

first time doing this video. and I LIKE IT! my shoulders are fatigued which is great and I barely made it through the video. looking forward to seeing more like this. I am ready to get stronger!
