hey cassey! just wanted to say I love your attitude and videos, doing this summer program currently to kick off my fit journal (adore that too btw awesome set up. Just wondering if you could give me any tips for the moves that involve resting on one side of the hips and the shoulder/elbow? even in my fitness classes I struggled with balance in them (tragically wobbly on the hip bone, after really trying to understand whats going wrong Ive been able to improve how I hold my shoulders (avoiding putting my weight on them and learning not to use my joints to support, is there anything that might help me focus on keeping my lower body balanced? I feel like focusing on my core could definitely help, anything else?

Those leg stretches is where my inflexability shows up big time. Cassey's wide legs are length of the mat whereas mine are width of the mat lol
I'm more flexible when I'm standing but on the floor my back/hip doesn't want to fold over my legs/ go forward - I'm trying to reach and stretch forward but look like still sitting upright

Clap on. Clap off. Clap on. Clap off. The Clapper: -) You can totally still buy it on Amazon. My husband gifted me one. Basically, you just plug an appliance like tv or lamp into The Clapper and you plug the clapper into the outlet. Anytime you clap, it turns on or off. in theory. Our didn't work that reliably. :-(

Does anyone else have a really hard time with these workouts because they don't have ANY upper body strength? I don't mind the workouts i just can't keep myself on one arm for that long. Im really sad I think I'm going to have to stop the challenge because I can't keep my body weight up on my arm.

Im one week two day five and I DONT KNOW why this workout was so much harder than the first time I did it! I see ppls comments saying how they almost cried and I was like nah, theyre overreacting Ive never had a workout make me cry and I never will but DAMM. Now Ive experienced it firsthand

So I have just done this for the last time. I am so Happy. But I am sad I could not do all the workouts in the series as my upper body is not as strong as my lower body. So for the moves I could do like in this video yes I have gotten stronger. I am going to comment in the arms video as well.

Doing this challenge over a year late. but one of the problems I think I keep having with these workouts is that where Cassey said it's suppose to hurt during the exercise isn't the place for me. It makes me keep wondering if I'm doing the workout wrong?
Anyone else having this problem?

Wasn't feeling good at all- was upset and grumpy and I didn't want to do this. Nearly ended up sobbing into my mat at points. But I did it. Week 2 and I still did it, and my 2 toning workouts for legs and arms ontop of this. Might have nearly cried, but I did it and that feels good.

Ngl for those who are skeptical, this actually works. Im only on my second week but I feel so much stronger, Im actually building muscle, and Im taller? (Which could be down to how Im stretching all the time now. But you just have to put the work in, and youll definitely see results!

Day 5: I really wanted to quit today, not because it was hard but because I really didn't feel like doing it but I did it, hopefully, this mentality leaves, also I have a hard time figuring out the form for the hip dippers, idk
