Hi Cassie! I have a question about mini circle maniacs. Would the maniacs be working your piformis muscle? I'm starting to think I have piformis syndrome and when that area in my left glut is overworked it leads to sciatic nerve problems. Lately though, with some glut exercises I can really feel a twinge in that muscle. I feel a regular burn on my right side but on my left, especially with maniaca and fore hundrants it os very, very painful and I can never continue due to the almost stabbing pain. To help me figure out why, I'm wondering what areas are worked the most in the gluts with that move.

First time doing this but I knew I would really feel it cuz the abs on fire one still kills me. It amazes me how far Cassey has come in her health journey. Her whole atritude towards food has changed without compromising the basics. These old videos can tell a lot about how she was actually feeling after all the stuff she shared in the past 2 years. So happy for her

Hello everyone! I have a questions for those of you who follow Cassey's calendars: )
When and how do you do the daily workouts? I finished the Beginner's calendar and started the normal calendars, but omg, I just can't do all the videos at once O_o do you guys work out multiple times a day or are you super strong and amazing and can do this all in the same go? Thanks! :)

So, Ive got some good news and some bad news:
- Good news: I did the whole thing without stopping, no modifications!
- Bad news: I cannot feel my butt, therefore I cannot walk and have made my yoga mat my home. Yup. I love on this mat now.

18th of march done and I can barely move a finger. I think Cassey officialy went crazy, how am I going to move tomorrow.
Even tho I'm so proud of myself, because I just recovered from pretty bad cold and I managed to do it all haha

Oh god I can't do the circles like I can do the various lying down version of it for a long time but this version has lot to do with flexibility and my hip flexors and shoulder give up way before my booty does

The leg circles are so hard for me because I have arm problems that make it very painful for me to rely on my arm like that and I always feel so weak moving down to the floor, does anyone have any suggestions for me?

Does anyone else think that their leg is lifted as high as Cassey's is because you're using all your strength and shaking and dying but then you look over at your leg and it's almost touching the floor? Lol, cause same!

Mini circles: ( It frustrates me to no end that I have to do the beginners modification when I do them with my left leg! But I'll be able to the more advanced version one day, just have to keep going! :)
