Your newer workouts aren't making me sore anymore. It seems that you're so sucked into feeding into people changing their bodies that your workouts lost their umph. It's all just pain. Like bad pain. Because you're focusing on one muscle group consistently in order to make it smaller instead of combining moves for longevity and strength. If I did this every week for a month my hips and knees would get damaged. So much emphasis on the same joints. I hope you go back to some of your old styles where it wasn't so painful, and didn't make me feel insecure because my healthy body will always be the before picture.

Hi Cassey! Thx soo much for making this calendar! I'm a little late (by a couple months) but I'm here! I was wondering if you would be interested in making a booty and thigh workout that was hip friendly. I'm almost fourteen and have been dancing for ten years and have really bad hips due to it. I really wanted to do the booty workouts on this one, but it was almost impossible because my hips were popping, locking and screaming in the bad way. That would be so great! :D Thx again! I'm about to start week 2 and have already started to notice mental and physical changes!

Week 3 Day 4 complete! I started doing this during quarantine and it's keeping me sane and I'm already seeing so much improvement with my strength and form. The dancer moves are really hard for me (coz I have scoliosis) but after 3 weeks of this I am finding them a lot easier - the first week of them was almost impossible for me!
I always read the comments after a work out to see how everyone else did and it makes me feel even better every time so keep going!

Dear Future and Past Grass, this video is I feel exactly at my skill level. It's doable but challenging. Especially since I almost never workout my butt. This video had v-ups and those were a little difficult so I did them with bended knees. I can go up to v-up but I'm worried I'll hurt my back when I go down. So I bended my knees. Also, I feel that this video still gets booty but gets outer thighs more.

So grateful for these videos but very disappointed that there are now ads in the middle of the video! So not helpful to have to stop in the middle of reps to skip ads. I know everyone has to get paid but this really takes you out of the moment. Cassey please go back to ads just at beginning and end so we can continue to benefit from this great resource you provide without interruption.

I went into this video thinking ok no pressure. Imma just do 10 minutes, and then I can go take a shower.
But then Cassey kept telling me Oh no you don't! You can do this! Don't you dare stop now!
So. I finished it! I wanted to stop but I made it through! Thank you so much Cassey: )
also Cassey's so cute when she's confused with the band names at the end of this vid haha: D

I can normally survive leg workout. I can normally survive butt workut. I can do execises for arms and back. But. ABS! The most simple abs workout are hard for me. And often I give up as well. I am also typing this comment in my pause in the middle of abs exercise. So hard. Are these exercises so hard for you guys as well? Maybe it is just the weakest part of my body: /

Week 1, day 4! Really had to take my time with these exercises, but it feels so good afterwards!
Week 2, day 11! Didn't feel like exercising today but I did it, and yeah definitely worth it!
Week 3, day 18! Did it!
