Have you ever noticed, after a long day of standing, that you actually look like you lost an inch or 2? Don't worry, that's totally normal AND fixable! It's just the compression of the fluid filled discs in your spinal column. These stretches will help lengthen your spine, allowing you to reach your maximal height! Plus, they feel SOOOOO GOOD! 00: 00 Intro 1: 50 Chest to wall 2: 22 Wall angels 3: 12 Chest opener 3: 40 Wall wheel 4: 36 Swimmers 5: 15 Modified swimmer 5: 27 Bow 5: 52 Modified bow 6: 20 Camel 6: 45 Puppy pose

I really liked your video, also its content. I have been doing research on how to increase my height for a long time. Because I am not satisfied with my own height. I am 10 inches shorter than the average height status of my peers. That's why I did deep research. I have been using a product called SHIYDF for about three and a half months. I was nervous before purchasing, but I contacted the company and they welcomed me very politely. I've grown 12 inches since then. Currently, I am 5. 97 ft. tall. It was a really great experience, I will continue to do so. It is a product that people like me should definitely try.

I have been doing stretches like these for the last few weeks and it has a made a huge different in the way I sit at my desk and work. I also bought a lumbar support cushion for my desk chair, but that cushion, mixed with these stretches makes the end of long work day a lot more manageable because I don't feel like I'm carrying as much tension in my back or shoulders anymore.

Why do I feel like she made a video on this because her family told her she needed to stretch to get taller? I feel like its an Asian thing. I wish someone wouldve convinced my mom that its impossible to increase your height through stretches lol. But yes posture and confidence can make up for height!

Was this supposed to be the new video for Monday? If so, Im not a fan of this video style. we have to stop the video, set our own timer and then restart the video. I very much prefer following along with you. Great stretches, but please dont let this be a new format to follow in the calendar.

Her videos are so good! For almost 3 weeks now Ive been doing all extreme abs, arms, tighs and butt plus another one for my back, and definately gonna add this one to my list. Working as a saleswoman for 8yrs now really hurt my back and it is killing me every day. Hope this helps.

I love the wall shoulder/chest opener; have a hard time putting my back flat against the wall for the angel stretch because I have a super swayed back. Also can't lay flat on the ground for yoga, it's so frustrating. These stretches (the ones I could do) felt great though, thanks

I pulled a muscle or few in my back two weeks ago and been slowly recovering with pain killers over Easter. Now I'm feeling much better and was thinking of doing light exercise tonight including lots of back stretches -and what do I come across here? Such perfect timing: D

I can already feel my spine popping. I need this desperately right now!
Plus the Puppy pose with the blocks is gonna be a lifesaver, I feel. I can never get to that spot in Puppy pose, because my head reaches the ground and gets in the way of a deeper stretch.

Thanks for the great information. Ive started doing this whole routine. Feels EXCELLENT! Wish I would have known about this earlier. These exercises are effective! I'll work all day & I dont get fatigued like before now. This is awsome. I will leave a thumbs up

Hey: ) Can you do more back workouts please?
Sitting on my desk to much always gives me back pain and your workouts really help but lately there is not so much for the back
Also I get a lot of compliments for my posture thanks to you: )
