Serious question: Is there a history for Thenx and Chris Heria + all their apps and what they are created for.
Is HeriaPro different from the Thenx app or are they really the same product but different creators or something?

I love the crucifix, I find it to be really engaging. I don-t think I-m much higher of a level then that. But I-m starting to work a little on the bar and such so I-m hoping to get some stronger abdominal muscles to help me eventually perform a pull up.

I-m surprised didn-t show v sit or front lever variations. It takes a lot of coordination with strength to do most advanced calisthenics moves but those are very challenging for entire body.

Level 10 at 10: 33 is elite level. I can't imagine being able to do that ever and thats bc I have too many injuries but this dude is the truth -

I am definitely at level 5 right now I got 20 consecutive ones with good form now I have to master level 6 just getting into it

Can anyone explain when i should -level up-? cuz i dont understand i can do boat for 45 seconds 30 seconds easy last second harder

I am trying to do level one (hold down legs on air) but I shake a lot and I feel pain in my half back. Any suggestions?

Bare in mind that to do larger/higher leg flutters you not only need more core strength but great hamstring flexibility
