Why are my abs fine, but my hips are on fire?
(Edit: ) I found out it's because my abs were weak, so my hip muscles had most of the load and therefore got wasted faster. Its happening less and less now. One thing I'm trying to do is keep my core tight like I'm trying to suck my belly in like a rake. It works.

Doing it on the ground is easy for me, thanks for helping me. While doing it in an elevated surface, my arms are giving up on me. Hahaha I still need more work but thank you for the videos

I've been doing these exercises and they seem easy to do but the side of like legs is where I feel it most hurting, I've been doing it with perfect form but is post to effect abs or legs

sir. I have a scenario. right side of my abs got toned well. but my left side was not. it looks like a bit bigger than my right abs. how could i get even toned abs?
