I-m coming back for another round and these are still INSANELY IMPOSSIBLE! I-m gonna get it tho. My problem is I only have 40pounders. I-ll get it tho. 4 sets of 20 reps every other day. It-ll happen. I can half way up do the first 2 and the 3rd and 4th exercise is coming pretty naturally. I-m hitting your at home abs/obliques on the days between. Legs every morning starting tomorrow morning.

When ever I work out my shoulders my right one doesn't really develop the sensation that my left one does. I start to lose strength in it but I don't start to feel that sore feeling. My left is also noticeably bigger than my right. Anyone ever experience this and have any tips as to how to fix it?

I'm so proud of myself for doing a 45 sec hand stand using the wall. I wouldn't think I would even get into position in time let alone hold it that long. By far the strongest burn I've felt on my shoulders. Thank you Chris!

i am pretty much exhausted after completing the dumbbells exercises. should i just stop there? or rest for a few minutes can continue the rest of the workout?

What weight should I use on the dumbbells for shoulder workouts? Looks like he-s only using like 15lbs

Do you rest between each exercise or you do it all at once with no rest in between. These exercises kills.
