Hello Chris, I've always wanted to see how a correct full body home workout was
executed. Now I can do around 38 weighted 1 handed pull-push down dip
daps whilst maintaining the planche position, with penis erect, of
course with perfect form, all thanks to you. I was just browsing the
wi-fi earlier today and it seems your merch store (which I would have
highly supported, is down! I'm quite upset but as your biggest fan, I'd
love to be a proud owner and rapper of the Chris Heria nation.

That's really cool I must say. I did it just once and don't feel ready for more rounds but I'll do this regularly now. Doesn't take much time either way, even when doing more rounds and you can track your progress. Doing some exercises on my own, too. Thanks a lot for the routine, I'm a huge fan of dumbbell workouts. How many reps of this do we do? Do I do it for 45 minutes? 30 minutes? Or an 1 hr? Or do I just do it for 5 minutes?
