Great man! Can't wait to get to that level. Alot of people say that you're lifting %100 of your bodyweight when doing pull-ups or handstand pushups. but its not true if you stop to think about it. On the PullUp bar, your fingers and part of palms are RESTING on the bar, therefore that weight is NOT being lifted by you. I know its not a lot, its probably less than %1 bodyweight, but still counts. Same goes for Handstand pushup. your hands are fully rested on the floor, thats weight you're not taking or moving, so i'd say PULLUPs, its 99%, bodyweight and HandStand, about 97% bodyweight! But im no scientist: )

I already pass all the requirements, but there is a slight problem. Chris, you are professional and most of my training is done by your guide. I am even now struggling with my handstand a bit if you could give me advice on how to fix this would be helpful. I can do handstand freestyle now but not fully, when I do the handstand kick up some times I would be able to hold it or loses my control last time I injured my self, now I am fine. What you think is the problem or while training for this did I skip a progression. Please

Hey Chris I-ve got a question:
So I-m a hardgainer and very underweight for my height and age, and I have made a routine to bulk up. Using the diets you suggest.
My question to you is how much sleep do I need? I was planning for 5-6 hours, till I got told that I need 7-8 to replenish collagen. What do you think, how many hours is necessary?

Chrise Heria, I'm 11 and Ive been folloing u since july 2021, and i started working out on agust 2021. I can see alot of differences in my body, as will as strength for calithenincs! Keep making great videos for insprition, cuz I used one of them at my school! Everyone was like he is a super human? LOL

Is there a reason why my legs go numb for a few seconds when I try this? Is it the preworkout or am I about to have a stroke?

I can handstand for unlimited time and walk on my hands but when i go for the push up i lose balance and have to recover
