I'm a 31 years old woman, and unfortunately I don't feel as motivated by watching Chris like most guys even tho I admire him a lot. I need a female version of Chris. Our food cravings and muscle development are not the same due to hormones: / I feel like for guys it's bit easier when it comes to eat clean. the hormones roller coaster of our period cycle really hit us: ( sometimes I wish I was born a guy so I would be naturally stronger lol

Personally I just eat a normal diet of whole grains, veggies, fruit, dairy, and meats at a slight surplus to gain muscle then when I'm ready to cut the fat I hop on 200mg of Testosterone per week and start a calorie defecit.
Or of course just hop on 70-200mg testosterone (TRT) work out a couple of hours every day and you will look like him in a year or two.

I don't understand how Chris maintains his body weight, he is 179cm and abt 79 kg, so he needs 2000 for maintaining weight (BMR. But with his traning he burns 1000 calories more(morning 100 push/pulls, cardio every day, plus the main training in the evening. Something going wrong here, the math won't come up to the calories.

When you salt eggs before cooking them you break it down too early. Salt near the end and you'll get firmer and more fluffy eggs. Salting before often makes it more runny and watery. Helpful cooking tip for Gordon Ramsay: )

I was wondering if Chris counts calories and macros daily, occasionally or not at all. Only for video purpose. My goal is fat loss so it makes better sense to count to be completely sure I dont need too much.
