Honestly you are my hero I strive to be like you I have alot of weight on my shoulders and alot of people depend on me to carry them and you have helped me find the strength to carry everything with ease mentally and physically

Dude the firs day was a mess doing this, but today? The second day? Man that was definitely an improvement. I only have muscle pains in my hands and wrist which are annoying and slow me down.

I just started to this program, I did 3 sets in the morning and 5pm. its kinda hard specially the right posture but I know soon I can handle it just keep consistent. great vid

Love the workout, it is difficult but when he said 2 left I was surprised and happy. So it's not very long as doable.
