Been having trouble with snacking specifically and it's hindering my weight loss progress. I work the midnight shift and get hungry midway through and end up eating junk food from the vending machine. I've been looking for healthier options. I will be able to rotate these snacks at work and still meet my goals. Thanks for this video! It's gonna help a lot!

Thanks for the video. I do eat jello it makes it feel like a treat without all the sugar and stuff. I wish you could do a video for diabetics. Give your best meals and drinks directed for diabetics. It-s a real struggle everyday. Thanks for your videos.

eggs probably did the most work for u. ever hear of the 36 eggs a day diet by body builder Vince Gironda? its an old school bodybuilder trick. like a natural steroid. all the rest of these snacks u dont really need. just eggs!

I eat many of these foods. HOWEVER 1 oz of yogurt and 12 blueberries makes me MORE hungry! Gotta work on the portion control!

Greek yoghurt literally cannot be 0g of fat. Its made of dairy, which is suspended fat. Its not high in fat but its not 0g. -

Noooooo Chris wheat bread? Hell no you need to be using a SPROUTED bread if it's not sprouted it's full of gluten etc!

Thanks, trying to figure a 1200 cal/day paleo foods. I can do most of these either with a lettuce swap or dairy-alt.
