First time doing this! Omfg this shit kills. Not gon lie I did feel it on my thighs as well and that was killing me too so some odd reason but at least I got something else outta it too. Two birds one stone lol

when you always say -2 to 3 rounds makes it the best workout- or something similar, how long should i rest in between those rounds?
