These are great! I had to modify some of the moves because I-m older but great group of exercises! Perhaps you could show some alternative variations for people who are at a different level of fitness? If that-s not doable, totally understand and I-ll just make up what I can construe. Thanks again for your videos!

I love your drills, thanks. It's a different method than other videos, where they use less exercises and discuss them, which can be a bit tiring to watch. Sometimes they are ok, sometimes not. You are also a good motivator thanks a lot.

Beautiful variations! Never knew quads could burn this much without even adding weights!
Have been doing 4 sets of each exercise in tabata format for sometime now and I just loveeeeee the burn! Thanks a lot for this
