-redefendingstrength do you happen to know if these are safe to perform if I have strained a collateral ligament of my knee while weight squatting? Looking for any possibility to keep active but bad knee friendly as I will go mad without exercising. Thank you

This is exactly what I was looking for, as I am training with an IT band injury which hurts during dynamic exercise but hardly hurts during isometric/static work. Thanks!
