Love this! I noticed before my gym closed that the squat rack has a landmine attachment. Can't wait to get back in there and smash this out. Looks like most of these can be done with fairly low weight too. Not having to constantly add and take off a bunch of plates is handy

I just started doing the landmine for double arm press at the gym. This video provide lots of other moves I can do at the next workout. Thank you for sharing. I wonder why the set up is call -landmine-.

Is it me or do landmine exercises that push away from you seem easier at the top due to the weight shifting down. Lifting the same weight overhead seems much heavier

I picked up a hex bar as our gyms were closing again, I knew some basic landmine movements but I would never have thought about doing 1 arm chest press
