These are all great. However, I have painful knees from constantly jogging and being 215 pounds. I can only do the exercises that don't entail the use of the knees such as the plank rocks and plank wings.

Can you please display a workout for people with lower lumbar spine surgery, be it a cardio workout or and core strengthening workout. I would really appreciate it.

You can-t get a flat stomach simply by working out. Diet, what you eat and drink plays a big factor. Basically no more sugary drink treats at Starbucks.

I look at this and wonder how many years it'll be before I can even consider thinking about attempting to think about doing these exercises.

those exercises look really good. But do I need to do all 4 workouts every time? Or I only pick one to do and evenly spread all 4 in one week?
