Fresh blood - beginners bulking plan - p3d3 - Buff Dudes Kenneth: Lewis has lot of potential to get strong on his pressing movements but you guys should get him to focus on his grip on the bar. he's letting the bar roll down into his palms. not only can that injure his wrists but you loose alot of power when you don't have a good strong grip on the bar and keep your wrists straight. next time he presses get him to focus on his wrist strength/stability. ditto on OHP

I see high school kids in the gym everyday working out w bad form or trying to impress all of the people that aren't watching them in the gym. by getting a trainer at 17 lewis is doing everything right. he'll be huge soon.

haters gunna hate. his chest and shoulders pop now and are starting to take a shape. the other thing is that he doesn't wear cloths that fit in a flattering way, so it's hard to see a distance in the videos. keep it up.

its a lot harder to do 90% of your max when you have lower maxes because especially for overhead press he's only doing about 10 pounds less than his max which means there isn't a huge difference

Damn. he can OHP almost as much as me, but i can squat and DL more than twice what he does. mabye there is something wrong with my lower upper body strength ratio.
