What happened to the first side plank twist? Didn-t twist, and the start of the lying leg raise? You guys should edit those. And the plank knee to chest is just a slower version of mountain climbers. Other than that it was ok.

The best timed workout routine Thank you again some of us don-t have time or very little every second counts. Once you start the workout all troubles go out the window time to focus on you.

Probably not your target type person as I'm 49 yo. But find your workout difficult but doable been doing this work out for awhile showing good results so thanks.
