Anyone on day 23 of 2020 beginner's calendar? Oh my what a feeling! I didn't expect the results i'm getting, really! I'm 34 yo and gained lot of weight in the last year, I've been struggling so much trying workouts and nutrition methods with no results but blogilates is really helping me get leaner, toned, so much strenghtened and motivated in a very healthy way! I must admit there are been hard moments when I felt frustrated because of my lack of strenght, flexibility and coordination in some excercises but I swear if you keep going your body follows you day by day and it becomes stronger and healthier! This is my honest, real, sincere opinion! Anyone pays me to write this but I'm really enthusiast of my health achievements thanks to Cassey! It's not only about getting leaner and fit believe me, you feel better with yourself from the inside

Hi Cassey! Your videos are really awesome at getting me moving! Thank you so much for all you do! I was wondering though sometimes on videos like this at around 8: 43, the camera will zoom in on you when you are starting a new move. This can be kind of confusing so sometimes I stop working out and watch the video until it shows your full body so I can see what the full move is. Just suggesting it might be helpful if the camera always showed your full body at the start of a move so it's easier to follow along in real time.

01/21/2020. this is the longest I have been able to stick with one of her workout calendars in over three years. Ive had lots of issues with my mental health and have gained close to 80 pounds because of it. I decided to take 2020 for me and find myself again. I want to take care of my mind, body, and soul. I havent felt this good in years and I honestly look forward to working out every day.

Day 23 of the Beginner's Calendar and the first video is complete. So many crunches, so much pain, and I'm getting the feeling that today's workouts are going to be difficult. I was sweating so much and my abs were burning after this workout. I have noticed a big difference in the number of crunches I'm able to do now in comparison to the beginning of the month but I still need so much work.

ive been doing cassey's videos on and off for about 5 years, but i decided to really get into them this month. i changed to a clean diet at the beginning of march, and i've been consistently working out for two weeks now. i love the way it makes me feel. i can see small changes, and those small ones motivate me to keep going. i can't wait to see me a month or two, it's so exciting.

I used to do her Blogilates every day for three months and I looked and felt amazing! She is great and very encouraging and loves what she does! Thank you Casey for doing these videos you have inspired me!
Note I say used to because I got super lazy and stopped making time every day to do this but now am getting back into this and love it!

so i don't get to work out as much as i would like thanks to work and school, but when i do i try to do abs-cardio-abs-cardio or something like that so i get more of an intense full body than just doing abs all day. do you think you could maybe do a video for that? or a playlist like that?

I'm so excited! Today I did the single leg sit up with one arm behind my head like Cassey! I have never been able to do it without using both arms to give me the momentum to get up! And I kept my leg off the floor until it slowed down. Baby steps to getting stronger!

My gosh, I usually need breaks in between sets. I'm fit and have been working out for the last 5 years, and I still need breaks in between set for your videos cassey lol. Maybe I need more protein in my diet. But love your workouts, you're amazing!

After a long dance class in the morning for two hours, 13 mins of walking back to home, 30 mins of powrr cardio, 30 mins of yoga. I really thought i couldn't handle this abs workout, but proved myself wrong, JUST DID IT! Y'all just go and get it!
