Hi, I'm a patient who has herniated cervical(Neck) disc, and lumbar(back) disc.
I was living in the pains and I couldn't stop giving up somethings. my mind was going weak more and more.
My body is so skinny, and totally No muscles.
I found the truth that making muscles are helpful to support the back bone, to stop my deseases get worse and make my pains less,
So I dicided to work out.
Your exercise videos are definitely burning my body, and now I feel much better. my pains got smaller.
Besides, I broke up with my bf recently, it is helpful to burn the sadness too!
So I just wanna say that I really really appreciate all of your videos.

Hi, guys
I need your help. I've been using Cassey's videos for a little over a month now to work out and my biggest problem is that I cannot keep my lower back on the matt. I've been told that I would be able to do it the stronger I get but I feel like I've already gotten stronger and nothing about this back sitch has changed: / How do I keep my back on the mat while working my abs, any tips?

I usually do 1 hour of your workouts every day but lately my core has been hurting soooo much it's almost like my muscles are tearing themselves to shreds. I think it's from over exertion and I might try running instead for awhile to give myself a break but I'm worried my muscular endurance will go down: ( What Should I Do?

I'm doing the calendar and god my neck hurts. I believe I'm doing everything right (looking forward, lifting with my chest, not my neck) but your still using muscles in your neck to hold it up. An hour of doing nonstop crunches (which is basically what ab day is on the workout calendar) is not doing my neck any favors.

I know I'm late to the party, but next week is thanksgiving break and I wanna shape up for the beach. I'm gonna do the every morning and more. Every time I want to change my mind I think of the fact that I wanna feel good about myself. First morning done! :-): -): -) Now to get ready for school! :-)

IM SO FRUSTRATED! These ab workouts don't do anything for me. I strain my neck too much. I'm not flexible so I can't do any of the legs exercises. and I don't feel anything when I do this except for my burning neck and my sore tailbone plz help

Whenever I do any workout that includes me needing to put my hands under my tailbone one of my wrists is constantly popping. Does anybody else have this problem? It doesnt hurt Im just concerned what it could be

This workout is not good for my abs. Its more hard on my neck than anything. I am beginner-medium. Maybe this needs to have advanced title? Maybe advanced people feel it in their abs and not neck

Can you do a video for abs witch is absolutely not dangerous for the back please? :) Becouse my back is not strong enough so it cracks all the time when I try to do something like double leg lift: (

so in January I decided to start doing the calendar workouts. But towards the end of the month I was sick and forgot to do the workouts. so today I'm starting up again and wow I'm so demotivated.
