It's time to work on slimming down that waistline for a strong and sexy core! We are going to hit your obliques from EVERY angle so be prepared to work hard! There's little rest between exercises because I really want you to burn out your obliques and push yourself. Now just because we are focusing on your waistline here, doesn't mean we aren't using other muscles. You're also going to feel your abs, shoulders, arms and booty with this workout! No equipment needed. Ready to get on the mat and say goodbye to that muffintop? 28 Day Reset Challenge: My entire outfit is from my new POPFLEX DARK BLOOM collection! The moves are: 1. Kneeling Toe Touch 2. Kneeling Side Touch 3. Hip Dips (Knees) 4. Hip Dips (Full) 5. Side Plank Hold 6. Kayaking 7. Russian Twists 8. Cha Cha Abs

I've been doing blogilates consistently for over three years now and I have to say I really hate this workout. Not in LOL I'll get better! way either. Despite trying to work on my strength or form, every time I try these moves I hurt in a sharp way or my shoulders give out or my knees hurt or my head gives out or everything at once. None of it good. I know I've come a long way and I'm proud of my progress but this video brings me to a crying mess of frustration. I think it's time to skip out on this video every time it pops up and replace it with something that works better for me. And honestly, that should be okay. You find what works best for you and your body. As long as progress is made, no matter how small, you're doing good.

Hey there
The workout is absolute killer, especially if you come back after few months of rest. Love your positive vibes and that's what kept me going time I've joined your community. Hopefully it will work as well this time
I have one suggestion, as I'm a person with very limited space to exercise (pretty much just the size of my mat) I was wandering if you would be able to share top exercises for limited space?
Thank You so much for your work!

Does anyone have any advice? My neck always really hurts when I do hip dips, and basically anything on a side of my body. Im not flexing it or anything and Im really trying to use my core but I cant continue because if I do I feel like my neck will fall off: ( also I barely even feel it in my sides even though Im trying! Its so discouraging

Cassey, oh my gosh, that is such a good workout, I love it so much, my abs are DYING!
I love those kind of workouts were you can barely do the last 5 moves, but when you do, you feel like a TOTAL BOSS afterward. I love you so much, I wouldn't be here without you. Thank you.

OMG at the second side at the end my leg was violently shaking and I'm not exaggerating. I was so determined to get through it I thought I was gonna fall over with how I was shaking. So happy! I made it after all _ 19th January 2020 workout calendar

I absolutely love this workout. I've been doing it every day for about 5 days now and I'm not stopping any time soon! I already feel better about my body and can see results in only 5 days. So thankful for great workouts like this: )

I have an importan't question. I have been doing your videos since January.
But when I do side plank, I can turn my head in any direction. my neck is always hurting. could you help me?

I need advice I can't do this move ( hip dips) because it hurts my shoulders way too much. And it's frustrating me because I do shoulder work outs no problem, is there a posture thing?
