Casey I'm really skinny and self-conscious. My doctor says I'm healthy, but I really want to gain some muscle and become more athletic. It's hard for me to build muscle when working out, instead i burn off too many calories and lose weight. I don't really know who to turn to because my parents and doctor say I don't need to do anything. I just want to become healthier and to fill out more.

More 7-10minutes cardio workouts would be awesome. I really enjoy doing these because of the variety of moves and because it's not like I'm starting them and feel like urgh 20minutes cardio. kill me, even if i start them 4times over again it still feels different somehow? I don't know, they're just a lot of fun. (Although I absolutely hate cardio)

I hurt my knee pretty bad 2 weeks ago so I can't stand for too long or do any high impact exercise. I'm at a loss as too what kind of exercise I can do to keep moving without having pain >x< Help
