This is the best at-home, equipment free arm and upper body workout that will tone and strengthen your shoulders, back, chest, biceps and triceps all while improving your posture. (Which by the way, is SO important! And guess what? You don't have to do a single push-up! I included moves that we've done before like Walnut Crushers and Prayer Pulses, but I wanted to keep things fresh for you and added brand new POP Pilates moves to keep your muscles guessing! The moves are: 1. Pull Backs 2. Shoulder Presses 3. Kneeling Triceps 4. Walnut Crushers 5. Prayer Pulses Oh man, the Back Pulls and Kneeling Triceps look easy, but your arms will be on fire! There is little rest between exercises, lots of reps and pulses, so the burn is REAL. You will get stronger and get an amazing arm pump after finishing this workout. I know you can do it! I love that you maintain such a bright & bubbly attitude as you coach us through these workouts. It almost feels like a dessert workout. Like, I did an ab workout before this one that felt more serious and though it definitely feels good to take workouts serious, I love the fun, light hearted workouts most. Once Im done with the serious one, I always come back for a Blogilates workout to end my exercises, because its like a dessert workout It makes me happy even during the seriously intense burning. Your words and smile keep me moving! When I want to stop. I dont. I feel happy doing these with you as my instructor!

I love Casey so much, she got me through an exercise slump and I mean NO disrespect or hate but I'm noticing that in a lot of videos the reps are not the same for each side. I know I could just pause the video and complete the missing reps, but half the appeal of these videos is keeping your mind off the reps. And I don't want to do the video twice because I'm following the calendar and even though I want to get my fitness in. I'm tired and have three other videos to do haha

Dear Future Grass,
THIS HURTS SO MUCH! Especially since I've already done about 35 minutes worth of arms!
On an unrelated note, I'm feeling so CUTE! I just got some fitness apparel (this is the first time I've bought clothes for working out) and I feel so confident and I'm ready to take on the world.
No wonder why Cassey's always so positive! Her fitness outfit always matches her mat.

Is it normal that my right arm hurts more than the left when I do this workout? Maybe it's because the kneeling triceps on the second arm (in my case the right) are a lot longer than on the first one. Anyway this is such a good workout. Cassy, you surprise me every single time with the weightless arm workouts. I can't believe that they could feel like jelly with no dumbbells.

Are these exercises useful to lose some fat in the arms? I have super flabby arms and I enjoy these exercises too much to think they're useful for example I hate cardio and I know I'd need exactly cardio to lose weight

I'm healing from a damaged nerve in my right arm and these workouts are so perfect for me to get my strength back! I'm not worried about reinjury while I'm doing this but somehow it's still crazy challenging. Thank you!

Woooo! That was intense but I feel so good I did it! I didn't want to at first and it was hard I didn't know if I could do it straight through but I'm so happy I proved myself wrong

my arms have toned a lot since i started these workouts in April! I used to tone them at the gym with weights but this is a lot harder and more effective! wow! thank u cassey!
